Process

01

Challenge

Kvadratmetr needed to feel different from a normal real estate website. The goal was to create a platform that could work as a media product, not just a listing page — a place where users could read project reviews, understand property details and explore real estate content in a more structured way. The challenge was to organize different types of information clearly: project listings, editorial stories, market insights and AI project reviews. The interface needed to feel serious and useful, while still looking modern and easy to browse.

Solution

I shaped the website around a clear editorial structure with sections for featured stories, project reviews, market content and partner/project information. The design direction focuses on clean layouts, strong hierarchy and a system that can grow with more content over time. The platform was built with a flexible structure so projects, reviews and articles can be managed through a CMS. This makes it easier to publish new content, keep pages consistent and turn Kvadratmetr into a scalable real estate media product.

Result

The final platform gives Kvadratmetr a clear identity as a real estate media and listing platform. It creates a stronger way to present property content, organize project information and help users understand real estate projects beyond simple visuals or sales text. Instead of feeling like a basic property website, Kvadratmetr now works as a structured digital platform for reviews, insights and real estate content.
